Refund policy

30 DAY RETURN POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from www.VITDANCE.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping or other charges. The item must be returned, unused, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.

Once the item is used, damaged, defective or unboxed, a refund will not be accepted. Without valid purchase proof within 30 days, a refund will not be accepted either.

To be eligible for a refund, you must follow the steps below

STEP 1: Contact us by sending email on the CONTACT PAGE to request an RMA (return merchandise authorization). We cannot accept your return and issue a refund without an RMA clearly labelled on your return.
STEP 2: Ensure you return the product in its original packaging. And the product is unused, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories
STEP 3: You are responsible for return shipping. If the product(s) you are returning exceeds a $75 value, we recommend including a tracking option or shipping insurance as an additional security measure.
STEP 4: After receiving your return to our designated address provided to you, we will verify the contents and your proof of purchase. We will send you an email confirming the status of your refund. Please allow 5 to 10 calendar days for this step.
STEP 5: Once your refund is approved, your purchase will be refunded to your original method of payment, unless you have advised us otherwise. Please allow 48 to 72 hours after receiving our confirmation email for the refund to display on your credit card or bank account.

MISSING OR DAMAGED PACKAGES If your package was damaged during transit, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at business@vitdance.com. We will arrange for FedEx to pick up and inspect the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced. If your package is missing, please have a look around your property to see if it was tucked away out of sight. Please check around all entrances, including around the garage. If applicable, please check your mail room or front desk reception. You could also check with other members of your household and neighbors to see if they received the package on your behalf. If the package is still not found, we will start a trace, and take the required follow-up steps. This process takes approximately 5-7 business days.
REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days we recommend contacting your bank and/or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially processed and posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at business@vitdance.com

Returns by Mail

VITDANCE.com orders can be returned by mail to one of our warehouse/fulfillment centers. If possible, reuse the original packaging to send them back. A refund for the item will be issued once it has been received. Items received within 30 days following the above policy will receive a full refund to the original form of tender. Please allow up to 14 days once we’ve received your return to process.

Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase unless you received product that was damaged or defective.
